Responsible for assisting you in your day-to-day business needs. Please see Cliff for any questions you may have regarding your business development or any regulatory or business practice needs.

Managing Broker - Deborah Moore

Deborah heads our Professional Development Program and delievers training to our team of professionals from our in-house training facility In addition, she is also responsible for assisting you in your day-to-day business needs.

Administrative Manager - Julie Edwards

Julie is responsible for all office administration and staffing issues. If you have any questions about any one of our services and/or staffing functions, please direct them to Julie.

Conveyancing - Kate Martin & Suzanne Tooley

Kate and Suzanne will oversee all aspects of your transactions as well as any questions you may have regarding Associate financials. She is responsible for all facets of Office Administration including transaction conveyancing, accounts.

Realtor Services - Jackie Ortiz & Lana Baldwin

Jackie and Lana are responsible for producing your marketing materials including business cards, listing presentations, personal brochures, singage, and flyers.

Support Team - Kathy Grover, Danielle Graff, & Gagan Chahal

Kathy and her team of Support Staff are here to liaise with all Associates to help ensure that they are taken care of. Serving the Associates at RE/MAX Kelowna is their first priority. They are also responsible for attending to call distribution and visitors while maintaining our paging system, processing mail, deliveries, couriers, and key-pick ups. In addition, they process listings and attending to any administrative duties required to serve the office.
